Programme for 13 January: opening ceremony and laser show

The Preview evening and the opening ceremony are accessible as of 3:00 pm. As the number of attendees is restricted, you will be able to walk around the Show without crowds. A stunning laser show for visitors will take place on the façade of Hall 5. All the halls will remain open until 11pm.

Halls 5,6,7 et 11 Your favourite brands
 We celebrate the show’s 100th birthday with a record number of brands and a show that combines technology, sustainability and pleasure. Visit the stands of your favourite brands that are spread around Halls 5, 6,7,9 and 11, and find out everything you need to know about new technologies and electric cars. At this year’s show, the emphasis will be on information. But wait, there’s more…
Hall 6       The Avenue
 Come and visit the avenue dedicated to the must-see cars of your dreams. Top-of-their-league models will be on show from brands such as Aston Martin, Jaguar, Lotus, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz and Land Rover.
Hall 9  Announcement of the “Car of the Year 2023”
 For the first time in the history of the Brussels Motor Show, the vehicle voted “Car of the Year 2023” will be unveiled to the public on 13 January at 12.30pm. "The Car of the Year" and the runners-up will be on show throughout the Motor Show in Hall 9
 Formula 1 and eSports
 Fans of racing and eSports will not be left out: this display will feature five generations of F1 racing cars from 1987 to 2009. These bolids witnessed a generation of racing drivers becoming famous: Derek Warwick, Eddie Cheever, Jean Alesi, Johnny Herbert,…
 Win a racetrack experience!
 Sim racing fans will be immersed in a 100% virtual race, but with near-real-life driving sensations. Red Bull and Porsche are organising this race on no fewer than 12 professional simulators and around 30 games consoles. Set your best race time! The winner will get to experience a real-life drive around the Red Bull Ring circuit… in a Porsche. You are recommended to register beforehand at the website www.born2drive.be or at the Born2Drive stand at the Motor Show (subject to availability). Registration is free of charge. The Patio 15 iconic cars and the film “100 years of the Motor Show”
 No fewer than 15 iconic cars built in the last 100 years will be on display in the Patio. They include the most popular models, but also those that contributed to technological and societal advances. Don't miss the screening of the film "100 years of the Motor Show", which relates many moments and little stories about the Motor Show over the last 100 years. A little masterpiece directed by Louis Gendebien!
